Peacefully, on Sunday, June 27, 2010, Joe Kostuchuk, beloved husband of Catherine, passed away with family at his side in the Portage District General Hospital at the age of 72 years.

There will be a Private Service

As expressions of sympathy, if friends so wish, donations may be made in Joe’s memory to a charity of your choice.
