It is with great sadness that we share our heartbreaking loss of our precious Blaize, son, father, brother, uncle, nephew and cousin who started his journey to the spirit world on April 8, 2026 after a short illness.
The loves of his world were his three beloved daughters: Luna, Nyla and Katyanna. He was born In Portage la Prairie on April 7, 1996 as the baby boy in his family. He also leaves to mourn his parents, father Derek (Naomi) and mother Marlene; sister Tess (Alex) and his older brother Dacotah (Shenoah), nieces, Khaliah, Gracelynn and Alliyah; Kunshi Liz, paternal aunties Andrea, Adrienne and their families; maternal aunties Linda, Loretta, Greta, Victoria, Rhoda, May, Donna and Jackie; maternal uncles Earl, Edgar, Robert, Rocky, Marshall, Aaron, David, Leslie and Walter Beaulieu along with numerous first and second cousins.
He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents Robert and Dhelia Levasseur; paternal unkan Nelson Woods; paternal uncle Geordie Woods; maternal uncle Ray Levasseur and maternal aunties Gertie Roulette, Cecile Beaulieu, Marie Levasseur and Margaret Levasseur.
Blaize went to school at PCI. He later went into construction, carpentry and was a youth coordinator for summer employment. He really enjoyed fishing since he was a young boy. As he got older, he was an avid gamer who met many friends online and enjoyed playing pool. He enjoyed visiting with family and friends and loved travelling out west.
At an early age, he became involved with his traditional and cultural ways. He was a Sundancer who attended ceremonies in Carberry. Blaize lived life to the fullest with humor. He was a mischievous boy and remained so throughout his life.
