Frederick Gordon Brook

Frederick Gordon Brook passed away peacefully on Monday, March 23rd, at the Portage General Hospital at the age of 91. Fred was a kind, loving and generous husband, father, foster-father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, cousin and friend. He leaves to mourn his wife of 57 years, Carline, his sisters, Evelyn, Mae, (and Edward, predeceased), as well as his children, Neil, Dale, Arletta, Valerie, Kelvin, Sheila, Julia, Toby, Cory, Cheryl, and Andrew and their families, as well as his many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Fred grew up in Portage and had a long career as a welder and farmer. During his retirement, he enjoyed curling, being outdoors, travelling, and spending time with his family and friends.

A private funeral was held with burial at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.  The service was recorded, to view register below.
