Gerald “Gerry” Douglas
Gerald Douglas passed away at the Portage District General Hospital on September 26, 2015 following a lengthy illness.
He was predeceased by his mother and father; sister Susan and brother Joey. He is survived by his sister Kathy; sister Debbie (Doug), brother Scott, many nieces and nephews and many friends with special friend Tim.
In keeping with Gerry’s wishes there will be no formal funeral services.
As expressions of sympathy, if friends so wish, donations may be made in Gerry’s memory to a charity of your choice.
