“King Eagle” ~ Ogiminaginew
Howard Daniels, his sunrise was March 2, 1970, his sunset was August 12, 2025.
He was predeceased by his dad, Howard McIvor and stepfather, Cecil Miness, nephew Kyle Daniels, and lovingly treated brother bond, Kingsley Yellowquill. Honoring Howard and those who will forever hold him in their hearts include his mother Diane Miness, sisters Tina Daniels, Colleen McIvor and adopted sister Angel Miness (Tyson) and brother Terry Daniels. Cherishing his memory are his children, Daniel Pashe, Kelly Pashe, Jaden Sinclair and Donald Daniels.
Howard was known for his dedication to hard work and his caring spirit. In his early years, he worked at the Dakota Bingo Palace and mid-years moved to Winnipeg to dedicate his position as a cab/taxi service worker along with wheelchair driving, he was always ready to lend a hand and share a story with those he met along the way. He also pursued his education in carpentry and welding, graduating in 2008 and 2010. He retired after experiencing health complications that led to vision loss but continued to share his warmth and wisdom with those around him.
We would like to thank the many communities, workplaces and friends who brought comfort and companionship throughout his life and those at the Winnipeg Health Science Centre who continuously accompanied him with their unwavering support of weekly treatments.
