Peacefully on December 22, 2016, Jaclyn passed away in Red Deer, Alberta.
Jaclyn is predeceased by her mother Bonnie and leaves to mourn her passing her father Richard (Tannis); siblings Tristan and Misty; uncles Calvin and Skip (Sue); aunts Norma and Wendy (Terrie) and several nieces and nephews.
A private family service will be held at Evergreen Memorial Gardens Columbarium.
