Leslie Roy Laing

Lester "Les" Laing of Keg River, Alberta passed away peacefully surrounded by family at the Portage District General Hospital on December 1, 2025 at the age of 71 years.

He is survived by his brothers Lloyd (Evelyn), Dan (Karen) and his sister Shirley Delorme as well as numerous nephews and nieces, relatives and friends.

Les was predeceased by his parents George and Joan Laing and his nephew Mark Delorme.

As per Les’ wishes, a private family burial will be held at a later date in the Elm Creek Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to CancerCare Manitoba Foundation.
