Paul Andrew Syganiec

Peacefully on February 20, 2023, Paul Syganiec passed away at the Portage District General Hospital at the age of 79 years.

Paul was a husband, father, papa, brother, uncle and cousin.

Paul is survived by his wife of 55 years Stella, children Les (Diane), Jackie (Floyd), Laurie (Brad), Corrie (Tammy) and Connie (Steve); as well as his grandchildren Nicole (Marvin), Rick (Denise), Kelly, Stacie, Lindsey (Riley), Vincent (Lisa), Sam, Maddie (Josh), Molly, Zach (Jamie), Cadie, Breanne, Brycen, Maximus, Rylan (Belle) and his great grandchildren Grayson, Hailee, Carter and Kailee.  He is also survived by his brothers Mitchell and Dale, sisters Josie (Bob) and Jenny; along with numerous nieces, nephews extended family and friends.

The family would like to thank Dr. Finney, Cancer Care staff and the staff at the Portage District General Hospital for the care and compassion received during his stay.

Cremation has taken place and a private service will be held at a later date.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made in Paul’s memory to a charity of your choice.
