With her family be her side Raven Josephine passed away on January 10, 2024 at Grace Hospital at the age of 32 years old.
Left to cherish her memory are her children Trudy-Lee, Lawrence, Ivan, Jace, Kaleb, Raylin, of Portage la Prairie; her loving parents Jason Campbell and Cynthia Fitzpatrick of Portage la Prairie; her siblings: Jay, Jennifer, Drey, and special brother Mitchell Campbell, of Portage la Prairie; her nieces and nephews Jayna, Lily, Curtis, Allanah, Allan, Blade, Daizy and Dreystin; Godchildren Allan Houle and Michael Jr. Malcolm; Grandfather Dennis Fitzpatrick and Great-Grandmother Lucy Fitzpatrick along with extended family, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who loved her dearly.
She was predeceased by her Grandparents Josephine Campbell, Lawrence Campbell, Grace Houle; Great-Grandfather Morris Fitzpatrick; Uncle Randy Fitzpatrick; Uncle Richard Campbell
Raven was born on September 17, 1991 in Ste.Rose du Lac to parents Jason Campbell and Cynthia Fitzpatrick. Raven started her early education in Calgary and moved to Portage la Prairie where she grew up with her siblings Jay and Jennifer. Raven began her family and she was a very proud mother, she devoted her time to raising her children.
Raven loved bingo, playing cards with her parents and family, being around friends and family. She loved playing competitive games with her children. She enjoyed seeing her children happy and would always take them to movies, swimming, walks, the park, and always played practical jokes on them. She enjoyed going for rides and giving a karaoke session in the vehicle. She had a great sense of humor and a contagious laugh. To family she was known as Miss Beautiful with her bright eyes and beautiful smile. Raven was the life of the party and her saying was “the party don’t start till I walk in” and feared nothing.
Wake will be held on Monday, January 15, 2024 at the Keeshkeemaquah Center beginning at 4:00 pm. Feast and ceremony will be held on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at noon. Burial will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
