It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved William Walter Francis, lovingly known as Bill, who passed away on October 19, 2026, at the age of 34.

Born on June 14, 1992, Bill was a cherished soul whose life and memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Although his time here with us was far too short, the love and memories he leaves behind will last a lifetime. His passing leaves an emptiness in the hearts of his mother Laura Francis and Father Wilbur Pashe, siblings Terrence, Norman, Reva and Eldon, loving partner Chantelle, son Theodore and daughter Gracelyn and numerous family, friends and all those whose lives he touched.

He was predeceased by grandparents Flora Jane Francis, Walter James Francis, Stuart Smoke and Audrey Pashe, aunts and uncles - William, Wally Jr, Gordon Sr, Nancy, Irvin, Dwayne, and Milton, cousins - Lisa Marie, Curtis Jr, Marcus and numerous relatives that have gone before him.

Gone but never forgotten.

Rest peacefully, Bill. Until we meet again

Visitation and Viewing will take place on Sunday, October 25, 2026 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Bardal Funeral Home, 843 Sherbrook St. Winnipeg, MB. Traditional Wake will be held at Long Plain Rez Plex on Monday, October 26, 2026 at 4:00 pm. Traditional Feast and Service will be held at Long Plain Rez Plex on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 beginning at noon followed by burial at the Francis Cemetery.
