Bernice Stephans

With profound sadness we announce the passing of Bernice Stephans, beloved wife of the late Mike and loving and caring mom of Darlene.

Left to cherish her memory along with her daughter Darlene are sister-in-law Joan Cook and many nieces, nephews and friends.

In the past mom completed numerous Swedish Weaving pieces, she thoroughly enjoyed her time with the weavers at the HPC.  More recently mom took up the adult colouring book hobby she completed many of the drawings out of her various books, she also enjoyed the word search puzzles.

The Meals on Wheels program provided my mom with nutritious meals for a number of years and more recently the Home Care staff provided her help when needed and a welcomed visit.  I’d like to thank these two organizations for all they did for my mom, it was very much appreciated.

A private burial will take place at a later date.
