Kordell Daniels

With heavy hearts we sadly share the passing of Kordell Koby Reign Daniels on January 7, 2023 at the age of 43 days.

He leaves to mourn his parents Chance Daniels and Joelene Perswain, grandfather Joel Meeches, grandmothers Kyla Daniels and  Shunshyne Perswain (Jamie Vivier) great-grandparents Sharon (Barry) Yellowquill, Mervin Roulette, Dennis Meeches and Rhonda Daniels, siblings Zaya Jane and Zeden Baker, special aunties Shaylyn, Shayleen, Honey, Jaiel, Jenayha, Sophie, CeeCee, Brennen and Jassaia,Jayla (Vinny), Deyondrae, Kashta, Jules, and Lexus, uncles Eden, Brayden, Ryder, Emery, Donovan, Joel Jr., Max, Dino, Hayden, Anthony, Kingston, Knox and Drayco, special auntie Shiree and special grandpa Abraham Peters.  He also has many extended great grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins too many to mention, all equally cherished. Kordell joins his uncle Sheridan in the heavenly spirit world.

Kordell was born in Winnipeg at the St. Boniface Hospital, and sadly lost his battle there with his great grandma Sharon (Sherry) by his side.

The family wishes to thank the NICU Team at the St. Boniface Hospital, McKenzies Portage Funeral Chapel, the people who prepared food and the firekeepers.

Wake will be held at the Long Plain Spirit Lodge on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 beginning at 4:00 pm. Traditional Service will take place at Long Plain Spirit Lodge on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at 12:00 noon.  Burial will follow at William Myran Cemetery.
